Why You Should Quit Bread — Even the "Healthy" Kind
Did you know that traditional grain-based breads & desserts contain a compound that is the #1 greatest danger in your diet?
Studies show that this compound (and I am not talking about "gluten") is toxic to your heart and blood vessels, weakens your immune defenses, and disrupts your nerves and brain function.
And if that's not enough… this hidden compound also makes it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to burn fat and lose weight!
The great news is that you can still have your breads and desserts… AND be well too!

These are amazing!! I made them yesterday and served them to family who did not know they were sugar free and gluten free (if they knew they wouldn’t have tried them!) and they were shocked to find out! Everyone loved these including my two kids! My mother who is gluten free inhaled them lol she said she can’t wait for me to make them again. Unfortunately I over baked them but they were still awesome even though they did not have the lava center! Amazing texture and flavor! The ingredients do not call for salt but the instructions do, so I threw a pinch of salt in the mixture. Great recipe that I will be making over and over again! I need to practice to get that center just perfect ?
